The
club
may
be
voluntarily
dissolved
by
a
resolution
of
not
less
than
three-fifths
(3/5)
of
the
total
voting
membership
at
a
General
Meeting
convened
for
the
purpose
and
with
the
consent
of
the
Sarawak
Government.
In
the
event
of
the
Club
being
dissolved
as
provided
above,
all
debts
and
liabilities
legally
incurred
on
behalf
be
disposed
off
in
such
manner
as
the
general
meeting
and
voting
members
may
decide
and
with
the
consent
of
the
Sarawak
State
Government.
Notice
of
dissolution
shall
be
given
within
fourteen
(14)
days
of
the
dissolution
to
the
Registrar
of
Societies.
