The
Secretary
shall
conduct
the
business
of
the
Club
with
these
rules,
and
shall
carry
out
the
instructions
of
the
Committee.
He
shall
be
responsible
for
conducting
all
correspondence
and
keeping
all
book,
documents
and
papers
except
the
accounts
and
financial
records.
He
shall
attend
all
meetings,
and
record
the
proceedings.
All
complaints
shall
be
made
to
the
Secretary
who
if
he
shall
be
unable
to
deal
with
them,
shall
submit
them
to
the
Committee
whose
decision
shall
be
final.
In
no
instance
shall
a
server
of
the
Club
be
reprimanded
directly
by
a
member,
other
than
by
a
member
of
the
Committee
or
Sub-Committee.
