All members of the Committee and every officer performing executive functions in the Club shall be Malaysian citizens. However, non-Malaysian may be allowed to hold office with the prior approval of the Registrar of Societies.

No person shall hold office in the Club or become an advisor or employee of the Club if he is disqualified under section 9A of the Societies Act, 1966.

No benefits as defined under Section 2 of the Societies Act, 1966 shall be given by the Club to any of its members.

No student of any University or University College shall be admitted as a member unless prior written permit has been obtained from the Vice-Chancellor and the University concerned.
