provided
under
this
Rule
no
member
may
transfer
his
membership
to
another
person.
In
this
Rule
or
where
appropriate
in
the
Constitution:
-
“Transfer?shall
mean
the
assignment
of
all
incidences
of
membership
to
which
an
Individual
Member
(transferable)
and
Corporate
Member
(transferable)
is
subject
to.
(i)
An
Individual
Member
(transferable)
may
transfer
its
membership
to
any
person
who
is
not
a
member
of
the
Club
who
shall
be
first
approved
by
the
Committee.
(ii)
A
corporate
Member
(transferable)
may
transfer
its
membership
to
another
who
is
not
a
member
of
the
Club
who
shall
be
first
approved
by
the
Committee.
(iii)
The
application
for
the
transfer
of
membership
shall
be
made
by
submitting
to
the
committee
the
prescribed
Form
obtainable
from
the
Club.
(iv)
Upon
the
approval
of
the
transfer
an
administrative
fee
of
in
the
sum
equivalent
to
10%
of
the
value
of
the
Membership
which
shall
be
fixed
by
the
Committee
is
payable
to
the
Club.
(v)
The
Administration
fee
referred
to
in
sub-para
(iv)
above
and
para
(d)
below
may
be
revised
from
time
to
time
by
the
Committee.
Upon
the
death
of
any
Individual
Member
(transferable)
all
incidences
of
the
membership
shall
form
part
of
the
estate
of
the
deceased
member
and
the
administrator
of
the
estate
may
subject
to
the
approval
of
the
Committee
transfer
the
membership
to
any
person,
and
if
the
transfer
is
to
the
deceased's
spouse,
daughter
or
son,
no
administrative
fee
shall
be
payable,
and
if
the
transfer
is
to
any
person
a
sum
of
equivalent
to
10%
of
the
value
of
the
membership
which
shall
be
fixed
by
the
Committee
is
payable.
