REGISTRATION AND BOOKING SYSTEM

1. Procedures

1.1 Booking

a) Time slots from 6.30 a.m. until 5.42 p.m. (8 minutes interval) daily.

b)On a first come, first serve basis.

c)  Can be made in person, by phone or fax.

d) Reservation of any time slots done earlier than 30 minutes before intended tee-off time is considered as booking.

e)  Can only be made for 3 or 4 – ball matches.

f)  2 – ball matches or less can only be allotted slots no earlier than 30 minutes before the intended tee-off time.

g)  For 18 Hole Game, p riority shall be given during the following time slots:

•  Weekdays
Starting at any one Nine between the time slots from 11.02 a.m. or 1.42 p.m. (Crossover slots from 1.18 p.m. to 3.58 p.m.) booking is permitted up to 7 days in advance.

•  Weekends & Public Holidays
Starting at any Nine, between the time slots from 6.30 a.m. to 5.42 p.m. (Whole day). Booking of time slots for Saturday and Sunday can only be done beginning on Monday of that week, and up to 7 days in advance for Public Holiday .

h) For 9 Hole Game, booking of time slot shall be as follows:

•  Weekdays
Starting at any one Nine before 11.02 a.m. and after 3.58 p.m. booking is permitted up to 7 days in advance.

Starting at any one Nine between 11.02 a.m. to 3.58 p.m. booking is only permitted on the day of play .

•  Weekends & Public Holiday

Starting at any Nine booking is only permitted on the day of play .

1.2 Registration Before Play

a) Before commencing play the players must collect registration slip at the Reception.

b) Reservation of slot 30 minutes or less before intended tee-off time is accepted as “Walk-in” registration.

1.3 Cancellations and No-Show

a) Cancellation should be notified to the Reception one (1) day before the booked slot.

b) Booked slot is considered “No-Show” when less than three (3) players are present for tee-off and can be refused tee-off.

c) Penalty:

•  RM 50.00 per person per occurrence for failure to cancel or “No-Show”.
•  Persistent offenders will be subjected to face serious Disciplinary Measures.

2. Priority

2.1  1 – ball match shall have no standing and is only permitted to do walk – in registration to a maximum of 9-hole game per registration.

2.2  1 or 2 – ball matches may be prohibited at any course as may be decided by the Captain's Committee from time to time.

3. Sequence of Play
All players commencing a round of golf shall start at Hole 1 or 10, and shall play each hole thereafter as follows:

a)  Start at Hole 1 or 10 and will automatically be given the crossover to Hole 10 or 1 respectively at tee-off time exactly 2 hours 16 minutes later.

b) Failure to meet the crossover time will result in losing the turn to tee-off.

c) In the event of delay (e.g. due to discontinue play – bad weather) the sequence of play shall be in accordance with the actual tee-off time as stated in the Starter Card. All the delayed flights may tee-off only when slots are available.
