A member may at any time by giving notice in writing to the secretary resign his membership of the Club, but shall continue liable for any subscription or other debt due and unpaid at the date of his resignation. Any such member having discharged of his liabilities to the Club and wishing to rejoin may be proposed and balloted for in accordance with Rule 10 (c) and the Committee may, at their discretion exempt him from the payment of any Entrance Fee.
